What is workflow?
Workflow is a series of processes you use in your office to routinely perform tasks between people and communicate critical information. There are a multitude of processes in every medical office, for communicating between employees, between organizations, and between providers.
It’s a matter of survival!.
Future survival will depend upon doing things radically differently than in the past and will require leveraging technology to maximize your employees’ efficiencies. A new EHR and/or Practice Management system will not be enough to gain the type of efficiencies to sustain your practice.
Increase Performance.
Provide your management with reporting tools that they’ve never had. It’s very difficult to measure productivity and key performance indicators in a paper world. Electronic processes can provide reporting data that can significantly impact your strategic decision making.
